NOSA is proud to present the launch of its online Incident Reference Data Base.
With the goal of minimizing incidents in all sectors of industry, the NOSA Incident Reference Data Base (NIRDB) gathers Incident reports such as LTIs from various organizations in a wide range of sectors and makes them available to industry in the interests of shared learning. Lessons learned from past incidents within the fields of safety, health and the environment are shared in order to minimize similar future incidents in other companies across all sectors. Incidents are categorized for easy reference and all corporate and individual identities are removed to ensure confidentiality before being uploaded to the NOSA website. NOSA offers this service free of charge as part of its social up-liftment policy.
If your Company would like to contribute to this Shared learning process, please submit all documents and findings to Incidents@nosa.co.za all documents will be checked and reformatted with out company details and will be sent back to company for your approval before publishing
